Emily (Jodi) Hill P.E. and Owner

Jodi is a North Carolina native and has worked in the electric utility industry for over 34 years. She graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1990 and obtained her Professional Engineers License in 1995. She currently maintains licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. She is married, has two children and one dog.

Over the course of her career, Jodi has prepared numerous Construction Work Plans and Long Range Plans. Jodi has also designed numerous substations ranging from 44 kV to 230 kV high voltages and 12.5 kV to 25 kV low voltages. These include both modifications and new stations.

Hill Engineering & Consulting, PLLC can prepare a variety of equipment, material, and erection contracts utilizing the standard RUS format. These can be used for RUS and non-RUS members. Project Coordination and RUS 790 Contracts are also services that we can provide.

Hill Engineering & Consulting, PLLC can prepare Environmental Reports, Site Condition Analysis, Liaison with Environmental Biologists and Landscape Architects for soil & erosion and grading plans (including all relevant permitting).
